ZMX Paper Pulp Mould Production line

    We began to develop our ZMX paper pulp mould production line in 1993, and we’re sold them in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Dalian and other cities.

    1.Technological process  

It includes pulping, forming, drying, pattern, cutting and sterilizing parts. The whole production line works in semi-automation, some important part of which are operated by PC.

    2.Properties of the production line

1. The most important part of this line is forming part, whose shape is like a spinning hexagon drum. And it works on the principle of vacuum adsorption.
2. One of its notable properties is the its larger production amount than the same kind of machines produced by other factories .(Our machines could produce 50 million lunch boxes each year with lower energy consumption and fewer of workmen.)
3. The products are made from one year plant like reed and bagasse whose leftover bits and pieces might be used again.
4. The using water could be circulating, which could save water energy.
5. No pollution happens in producing process.

    3.Types of products and their characteristic

       A.Types of products

1. one-use snap boxes, fast noodles bowels, cups,  plates and fruit boxes etc.
2. One-use medical container, farm transplant and seed breeding equipment as well as inner packing for industry products.
3. Other products according to buyer’s special requirements.

       B.Characteristic of products

1. The tableware could be smooth in both inner and outer. Also they are strong enough and resist to water, oil and heat which could meet with the national food packing standard.
2. They could be reprocessed after using up and also could be self disposable to return to nature.
